8ft LED Wayfinding Signage
The Challenge
The event required a high volume of unique visuals and signage to accommodate diverse spaces and dynamic programming. Constraints included tight timelines, on-site adjustments, and the need for seamless collaboration across teams. Additionally, strict brand standards needed to be followed, requiring creative solutions to complement the brand without rubberstamping everything exactly.
Design Solution
- Scope: Produced 163 unique loops, 33 with directional changes, and 44 digital show screens, each with its own unique run of show (ROS).
- Deliverables: Over 240 deliverables, including multiple iterations.
Tools: Initial designs and animations created in PowerPoint; run of shows later assembled using Adobe Premiere. - Collaboration: Worked closely with the on-site team to adjust signage throughout the event.
- Main Stage Visuals: Collaborated with a large team and the creative director to produce visuals for the main stage LED screen, used for executive presentations.
